I believe (dont hold me to this) that it is two knifes per kill on dogs rounds too, which means its quite useful.

$3000 points...one hit kill up to Round 12, beyond that, arguable.

So does it do 1 hit kills?

Also...when paired with the Ballistic Knife, you run around with Bowie Knife in left hand and Ballistic Knife in your right...so the potential of getting a double stab is high when a zombie is in your face...otherwise, the Bowie Knife will activate and slash.
