i personally am not sure, i have done this myself and heard from many people that they have been reset but i wasn't, and i got a 60 kill-streak. If you haven't been banned yet you probably wont.

see the problem is that i got a 160+ killstreak dont want to give actual number....

you will most probably be banned as a 160 killstreak stands out quite alot..

Lol trust me its very unlikely, i have a 203 kill streak with a 203.0 as my highest KD, and im lvl 40 now but i got the 203 at lvl 1...

I got a 140+ kill streak, and still havent been banned, had that streak for like 4 days

I have a 260+ killstreak to narrow it down some more

For one wrong section and two it really depends having high killstreaks like 260+ as you say, may get you banned but like others have said they have 203 killstreak and they arent banned.

Honestly I think its a matter of luck

Treyarch dont have a system to detect your stats, how ever.. staff members do check up on every consoles leaderboard, so if you appear high ranked on the leaderboard, Treyarch do spot checks to see if you are legit or if you are booster. So its best if you cool it down and try not to get unreal killstreaks which place you top page.. SnD is the worst.
