Set the search preferences to locale or locale only. If you can't find any matches, leave the lobby and find another one, repeat until you find one. This should give you 3-4 bars of good connection. Hope this helps.

Set you settings to invite only and locale only

so press select when your i.e at the menu where you choose create a class and what lobby you want :y:

It doesn't have to be invite only.
