- You Have To Go Up The The Quick Revive And Buy It
- Get Downed By A Zombie You Will Get Back Up
- Keep Doing This Till The Quick Revive Machine Disappears
- Then Run About And Kill Some Zombies You Will Get The Death Machine
- Get Downed By A Zombie You Will Get Back Up

I think he means to get the revive and then down yourself and keep on buying the revive untill the quick revive machine goes away, and then the death machine appears after killing some zombies

Solo; it's already there without the power because on solo quick revive is the only way to get back up without losing. It's used once after your're downed you have to keep buying it.
