Yes you can do you 15th with a transfer cable no need for a JTAG
This tutorial and download is only for 15th.

How To Make Black Ops 15th Lobby Without A Jtag!

1st download Modio the modded gpd and Xport 360 (modio/xport 360 on google)
2nd you need to plug in your hdd then open xport 360 and go to partition 3 content then find your profile in there

3rd drag your profile and modio to your desktop then minimize xport 360

4th Start Modio and wait for it to open then drag your Profile into modio

5th Go over to file contents and find the file 41560855.gpd


6th Right click it and go to replace file then find your gpd that you have on your desktop

this file

7th Now go back to general file info and click rehash and resign wait till the bottom left corner says"Xbox 360 Dashboard"

8th Drag your profile back into Xport 360 and click "yes to all" when it pops up

9th Now just plug your hdd back into your retail xbox and sign in and your good to go
