I’m bigbadpaul2 psn : RuSh-PwNaGe and this is my guide. I’ve played a lot of this, and I know it pretty well. I tried to cover as much information as I could, please tell me if I left anything out, or if you have any tips I could add; I’ll try to credit you as well. All constructive criticism is appreciated. Let me also mention that I repeat information from time to time, this is on purpose due to the fact that some information goes well with more than one category, and most people tend to skim over some things. Enjoy.

The Basics

Nacht der Untoten (Night of the Living Dead) is a mission unlocked after beating the story mode of Call of Duty: World at War on any difficulty.
You are stranded in this building, and must fight off waves and waves of zombies to an inevitable death. Exciting? Yeah. Let’s get on with it.
This mode can be accessed in four different ways:

Single player:
Main Menu -> Solo -> Map -> Nacht der Untoten
Split-Screen (2 Player Max):
Cooperative -> Split-Screen -> Settings -> Game Mode -> Nazi Zombies
Online (1-3 Player(s) In your party)
Cooperative -> Play Online -> Find Game -> Nazi Zombies -> Nacht der Untoten
Online (4 Players In your party)
Cooperative -> Play Online -> Private Match -> Settings -> Game Mode -> Nazi Zombies

There are four rooms in the whole building. Each room has its own entrances for zombies. The entrances start out barricaded, but the zombies gradually tear through and climb into the room.

Your goal is to survive as long as possible; so you want to keep the barricades standing. To rebuild a barricade, stand as close as possible to it and hold down square. Each rebuilt piece gets you 10 points. You stop getting points when you rebuild too many without killing zombies in between.

The zombies can get in from

Windows ( barricaded by 5 planks )
Windows are openings in walls that allow you to see outside, in case you didn’t know.
Zombies coming through the windows can be seen from far off, thankfully.
Cave ( barricaded by 6 pieces of stone wall )
The cave is deadly. It is in the help room, and spawns zombies very unexpectedly. There is a short distance for them to walk, so they can surprise you very often.

Death

When a player sustains enough damage, he is injured and will fall to the ground in "last stand" mode.
This mode lasts for 20 seconds, after which the player is non revivable, and enters spectator mode.
Other players can revive thier fallen comrade within 20 seconds, by getting close, facing them, and holding down square. Takes ~5 seconds.
When in last stand mode, you can only equip a pistol.
The pistol will have a fixed amount of ammo, if you had no ammo before you will be given some.
If you have a magnum or a ray gun you will use that.
The game is over when all players are in last stand mode or dead.
When a player dies, his weapons dissapear and he is respawned at the beginning of the next round, with just a pistol.
If the player is revived, he keeps his weapons and ammo.
It is also a good idea to keep in mind that the Max Ammo powerup does not effect players in last stand mode. So, if you have a machine gunner with no ammo left, and he gets injured, attempt to revive him before grabbing the max ammo.

Pick-Ups

Occasionally you will see a glowing object floating in midair after killing a zombie. These are pickups. There are four different kinds.
Insta-Kill
Lasts 30 seconds, every weapon can kill a zombie in one hit, even the knife.
Double-Points
Lasts 30 seconds, easy enough, all sources of points give you twice as much.
A-Bomb
All the zombies on the map burn up, starting from the ones closest to the pickup location. Activates instantly.
Max Ammo
A gift from heaven, refills all of your ammo, completely. Keep in mind that it does not refill your current clip, so make sure to let your teammates know to reload before you grab it.

The Zombies

In this mode, the enemies are the zombies, obviously. The zombies always travel to the nearest entrance, and then to the nearest player. They aren’t all the same, however. Some are in uniform, some are just charred bodies. There are bigger differences.

Power-Ups

A zombie has a power up when you see it’s eyes glowing the different powerups are:
Movement Speed – These zombies RUN at you, and make your life a lot more hectic.
Attack Speed – These zombies take half as long to kill you, because they attack faster.

The Weapons
Now you must be thinking; how am I going to defeat waves and waves of zombies without a weapon? Well have no fear; this mode has a great weapon system.
There are weapons mounted on the walls of each room, but you will not rely on these much. You can buy each of these weapons for the following:
M1A1 Carbine – 600 points
Kar98K – 200 points
Thompson – 1500 points
Double barrel shotgun – 1200 points
BAR – 1800 points
Trench gun – 1500 points
Scoped Kar98K - 1500 points
Sawed-off Shotgun – 1200 points
4 Steilhandgrenades – 250 points
There are some things to keep in mind with the buyable weapons. In the very beginning it would be wise to use the M1A1 until random box is available. The scoped Kar98K is in the cabinet upstairs, don’t get it. It is not worth opening the cabinet. The Trench Gun is a decent choice for the lower levels, but you should trade it as soon as you can. Also, the hand grenades are always a good buy, it’s best to stay stocked up on those.

Aside from those weapons, there is another way to get weapons. It is a box, a box sent from heaven; the RANDOM BOX! This box will give you a random weapon out of a limited selection.
The random box's weapon takes 5 seconds to appear.
The weapon stays for another 15 seconds or until it is taken, whichever comes first

Meh not bad, people should already have a good idea from WaW though.

EDIT: why did you use the same exact title as the another thread, you only changed map name..
