3arch can dish out a couple of dollars to get premium too.. so it being in the premium section will not prevent it from being patched.. the only way to prevent it from being patched, is not to release it at all, and that would suck greatly, because this is a epic find...Thanks to THE SNAKE!!!

I wouldn't recommend even trying to boost if you're on Ps3, my friends are getting banned from it left and right.
