I got death machine, downed, used all ammo in pistol anmd revived and it didn't work. I'm pretty sure thats how the original way worked right?

Secondly, how come everyone stops at round 69 on Five? I've seen people on Kino go to 70/71 and 2 people got either 70/71 on Five yesterday I think. This is on PS3.
