That youtube clip is made on Xbox.
Also, its recorded from theater mode.
The actual glitch happens like this:
You lie down, pull out RC, the RC spawn somewhere completely else(BUT ON THE GROUND!) and in theater it looks like this, but in the game itself its just as normal but spawned somewhere else.
There's some places i know on Cracked, Nuketown, Jungle, Crisis and WMD.
Hard to do 2 times in a row though
Also, its recorded from theater mode.
