(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well... Here is how I do it. You may need to change things around a bit for it to work for you.

1. Log in to your router. Type in 192.168.1.1 in the address bar and press enter and log in

If you haven't ever changed your username or password, your login should be

username: (leave blank)
password: admin

2. Under the Applications and Gaming tab, go to "DMZ"

3. Enable this, change source IP address to "Any ip address," and change the destination address to 192.168.1.100

4. Save changes, and start up your PS3

5. On your PS3, go to network settings, and go to advanced. Go through with your original settings until you find IP address. DON'T do automatic, do manual

6. Change your ip address to 192.168.1.100

7. Save changes to your network settings.

You should now have an open NAT =D this works FOR ME. I know it will not work for everyone, but hopefully this with help some people.
