Climbing up the ladder
the l96 is the only good 1 shot sniper the others are 2 shots even with hardened which is pretty much FMJ

For running around sniping people 99.99% of people will uae the L96, and I do as well. But if I wanna chill back and use snipers "properly" i'll use the PSG1 no attachment.
