The odd dashboard here and there aint too bad, but mostly every game is! Im tired of his bullshit about how amazing he is, when he clearly isint.

well if his spm is high enough they can suspect boosting. which will reset him, so hopefully he will get reset

It's when you get the xbox menu up and press Y to exit to dashboard during a game, this will stop you from getting the kills, score and play time you would have got. I think it goes down as a loss though. My mate does this a lot!!

It's the PS3 equivalent of quitting the game to the XMB.

Try complaining at their forums or something and see what they say.
