There is one thing I have learned, if you go right twice for the first 2 levels, you always get a bonus room right there.

Well i have gotten to level 32 with 2 people i feel that two is the best cause you can equally share out money and power ups and on another note one on certain levels one person can take two zombie spawns and the other person take the other too

I also highly recommend you save bombs for levels 15+

just run about if u stand still on that u die u just have to run about the trees and stuff

When your playing with a friend its very important to no what side your watching it causes less confusion,Never turn your back to a zombie always back up unless theres no option because you will die even tho it seems the zombie is not close enough to swipe,At level 15 the room of faith will decide how far you will go,always go to the right side of room of faith it has unlimited death machine 90% of the time.Dont waste power ups trying to be cool it wont help you beat the game.HOPE THIS HELPS

Yeah I usually play splitscreen with a friend or solo. Can't get past the dogs on 33 though, those things are so vicious.

I was hoping to get a 2nd room of fate but I'm starting to think there isn't one.

For the Prison Break level, stay on the catwalk or balcony or whatever.
