Just ask Luigi for his source code, or ask him to make it compatible for Windows7. I'm pretty sure he'd one; give it to you to make it compatible etc, or two; do it himself. But I'm sure if you had is source code, or made your own, you would be able to make a nice GUI for offzip/packzip.

ya i could lol, its just that i am not too handy with how offzip uses zlib to decompress...
