I've perfected this and I got some some cool information you may want to add to your post...
1. If you copy the class and paste it into another slot the Pro version of the perk will be copied. So if you want Marathon Pro on every class just copy and paste the original in every single slot.
2. If you want a different way to add the perk to a different class slot just repeat the same steps shown in the video and you won't have to pay for it. You can just select Marathon Pro again from the lan after you accept someones invite and there ya go.

you can swap for a perk by doing it again but like alot of ppl do copy that class to another custom class. that way you don't lose it then you can mod that class to your liking.
