I have heard various rumors, whether it be people on the comments section on youtube, or friends of friends of people on my friends list, that if you gain possession of [3 or 4 someone classify how many REELS] get all the radios [IDK HOW MANY], examine the pictures, make the rocket launch, and do every other thing on the match. In various orders.
Supposedly when all of the ladders on the cat walk will decent and allow you to climb up to the catwalk. Or, Samantha comes and lowers the ladder for you. I have heard people saying they have experienced it, but never seen any proof.

If someone can clarify this , and/ or show me a video, you will BE PRAISED.

Doubt it. By now there would be a video. Until actual proof is shown it is still word of mouth.

no you carnt go up there i have been up there and you fall trouw it. i used no clip to get up there

after teleporting there is a room where there is a table in the middle with a rocket on it, if you hold square by the rocket it flys through the roof.

by rocket, i mean in the presidential office. my friends and i got it to launch after having 3 reels, and holding down square [PS3], also i have seen someone no clip to get up there, and they were standing right on the cat walk looking at the zombies. I would think if Treyarch did not want people to go up there, they would have some sort of proxy or barrier, around it, which there is not. An example of this, is the table when you start off on Five. There is no possible way to get on it (that i know of) because there is a barrier/ proxy.

I have ten or so friends all telling me theyve done it. Ive been to 42 solo, i opened everything, got three reels, two radios, examined all pictures, got all three rocks for music, launched the rockect and i held square on the big teddy bear in sam's demonic room and nothing happens. One of my friends said theres a specific order. Idk?
