You cant. You need the hardened or prestige edition of black ops..

you have to get the codes for ps3 for black ops

Buy the Hardened or Prestige edition of Black Ops and enter the code you get when you buy it into the PSN Store. It will let you download the 3 maps without paying on the store, but not technically free, because you pay extra for the 2 editions.

Not sure but, or you could have a friend that already has it and trusts you with their account and download it from their account to your's.
