I will try to get a video up as soon as I possibly can, or if somebobdy would like to make a video that would be great.
The Tutorial
1- Navigate your way to the second floor.
2- Buy juggernog, it is EXTREMELY USEFUL- or get a willing teamate to revive you a lot.
3- Buy the debris farthest from the Juggernog
4- Get a crawler
5- Go over to the debris you previously bought and go against the middle rail separating the two computers apart, its the side closest to juggernog. Get the crawler over to that spot and jump and get hit at the same time. You should now be on the side a barrier Treyarch still hasn't patched. Jump and get hit again and you will then be able to walk on top of the computers and dilly dally and not get hit.

One big flaw: They patched zombie boost jumping.
... Yes, you can't get a boosted jump anymor
