you could but it would be stupid cause u would have to some how get all the ip's spam them with ur upload to there download and there prolly gonna have a better download then ur upload and u have to do it to another 5-17 players so pretty much no you could reverse this as well.
Note u could do this if u were in Australia and have the new fiber optic cables cause then ur internet would be 100X better then any of us here ahahahah but for that u would have to live in the city.
