I'm sure they don't review EVERY single report. For all they know it could just be some guy reporting another because he got murked. Right?

Josh Olin confirmed how it works, the reporting system works just like LEADERBOARDS if your name gets reported XXX amount of times you climb up there reporting LB and once you get a certain amount of reports I guess a red flag comes up and they look at the kind of reports and your game play to see what's going on.
