I was tired of seeing numerous threads on the same problem so I decided to post this..
A problem has occured with the latest hotfix causing a decrease in player movement. You must login or register to view this content.
The problem has been addressed and is simple to fix. A recent tweet from Treyarch's community manager states that the glitch was unintentional and has been fixed.
