The Prize should be whatever Map Pack is coming out when tourney is won and a custom sig/avatar. What would be the criteria exactly for participating or being a ref?

critera-
participator- must be on when the referee is, not a haxor, listens to the referee
referee- active, good connection,

Gobbles is funding the prizes with vBux. We might throw in a premium or something but for now its just vBux

So this is essentially a Solo competition...Referees are going to have to be able to commit to HOURS up hours of observation.
