The Story -

Playing ps3 version Kino Der Toten on solo to test out different theories for glitches I had when I did the up above and noticed I had no guns on the screen.

Side Notes-

Pressing the fire button (R1 for me) while no gun was out made me throw out my last grenade causing me to loose the guns I had out before the glitch started, which were Mustang And Sally. I don't recall being able to do that when doing it the other way though.

Pressing the knife attack (R3 for me) I was still able to knife while i had no weapon on screen. Also do not remember doing this the other way.

Maybe this might lead to something else, but I highly doubt it, just looks like an overly complicated way to do the third gun glitch, but it's still a method that from what I saw, was not covered.

Step4. Get downed while throwing Monkey Bomb.

do you mean let a crawler hit you, throw the bomb, and get down as its in the air?

I haven't tried this, but if you all still want it confirmed I can give it a shot tomorrow. I will say this though... Simply holding a monkey and getting downed will most likely not work. Most glitches have to do with animations within the game. So to get this to work, you will probably have to be winding the monkey the exact moment you go down, else you will have a pistol when you go down, which will in turn, make you take a gun out when you get revived. All in all, this should be no different than the bowie knife glitch, just get downed during the animation of winding the monkey bomb.

No, it doesn't have to be a crawler, i was mobbed by gas and regular zombies, no telling which one killed me. but I died while throwing it, so more then likely if it's already in the air it's too late.



Here is the crazy thing, I recall actually throwing it less then a second before being taken down, like as the screen went dark the monkey was in the air by the time i was on the ground it hadn't even landed. I think I even pulled out my regular pistol (Mustang and sally had too low ammo, when that happens you pull your starting pistol out instead of it oddly.) I don't remember if i wasted the entire clip or not, I was just upset I got downed.

But I agree alot with what you just said, it was more likely that I was down before I actually threw the damn thing, so I was in motion of throwing it, hince the glitch of not having any weapons.

personally only once. I posted it as soon as I found it. while I didn't take time to master it I know exactly how to do the three gun glitch, with buying the knife,and by reviving a team mate. both are caused because of an interruption of the animation like noodle stated before.

That's what this does, and that's how I know it can be repeated and not a 1 time shot. Others have already came out and said it works so any doubt I could of had would be gone. If that's what your asking?

I was about to post a long reply as to why this should work, based on functions within the code, and things like that. However, as I went to hit Post, my session timed out which causes you to lose everything that was typed (mods may want to increase the session timeout a bit, this has happened numerous times in the past?). Anyways, to make a long story short...

I was a huge Socom glitcher/code writer back in the ps2 era. Most codes where written/triggered during animations within the game. The bowie knife 3 gun glitch is proof that this can be exploited on black ops as well. This would have to be PERFECT timing, but should be doable. You will want to get downed BEFORE the animation completes and triggers the function to run within the code that takes place after the animation. This should work for all animations within the game, not just the bowie knife. For zombies, some things that come to mind are the perk machines, and the pap machine. There are tons of animations within the game though, and lots on multiplayer on game modes like demo/sabotage/etc.

I will play around a little bit later today, and post my findings to you all. It would be awesome if someone could get a legit memory dump of the game (shouldn't matter all that much if it is the xbox, ps3, or pc version).

This diddnt worked for me.

I got downed with an monkey in my hand, but 1 time i released the monkey while i was down.. And 1 time i hold the L2 button, but then when i got revived i had an grenade in my hand.. What about that?

Well I had said earlier when I pressed R1 I threw a grenade, but I didn't see my hands at all, nor did I see a weapon. It had the same look as the other three gun glitch styles.
