Thought this was already well known, but apparently not. Since some didn't know about this one, there is also one in the alley (I know this is already posted, but heh). Stand at the wooden barrier the zombies come through next to the double tap machine. Look OFF the map, there is a building with a balcony on it. Radio is sitting on the balcony. Can be shot with any gun once you get used to where it is, but for your first time I'd recommend a sniper, G11, or ray gun.
