After waiting for a while one of my friends custom classes were all there but with a orange nothing sign (circle with line going side ways threw it). I quickly told him to choose one, and he had no guns, arms, grenades, or anything else. The only thing he could do is knife and hovered threw the field like he had a sentry gun. Ill post pics later too.

yea this has happened to me before, but not knowing how to do it i didn't post so i didn't waste everyones time and look like a tard.

You can do it easily way if u know xp in private match glitch do it but dont start the game in online start it in wager match like that the real glitch is to go :
Online match > Wager Match > Online Match
and the map will load and start the game but when u do that :
Online match > Wager Match > Online Match > Wager Match
will load the game but when the game start all u class have noting cuz this is a wager match and other easier way u can do Lan xp Glitch when u edit the custom mod choose [Customs Class]
the customs class won't work in lan party but u must wait a few sec b4 the game start to choose the custom class.
