But in-game ill have my headset muted yet when other people talking MY voice indicator (next to the mini map and beside your name in lobbies) will turn on, saying im talking, but im not. Ill even turn the chat volume down as far as it can go so i cant hear anybody, yet my indicator will still turn on when OTHER people talk..
Is my mic somehow broadcasting or echoing other peoples voices when its muted? or whats happening? Does this happen for anybody else?

youve got to mute them in the main loby and turn the mine switch off and also have the other switch on (begins with E something like expenditure) should do the trick mate

Its fine, mine do that, the voice you hear sometimes goes straight to your mic, they can't hear you.

I've been having the same problems, I think this happens to everyone. This also happened with my P21's

It's no biggy really. To fix it I do believe you do what crazyturk said but it's just the headset being weird. They can't hear you and if your mic. is turned off then it's doing nothing.

It just looks like your talking but you arent and they cant hear you..its fine

Yeah, same thing is happening to me only in BO, it works well on MW2.
