This is a fake glitch. He got in there using the noclip mod.
You can tell he is using mods by watching his ammo at 0:55 or so when he shoots his Ray gun. The ammo stays at 39-40 the whole time. He tried covering up with annotations in a different video I saw but you can still kinda see, especially on an iPod bcuz they don't have annotations!

This is a fake glitch. He used mods for the wall-breach, you can tell because he never runs out of ammo.
