Yes, as royal says they took down the servers for 1.03. You could still do the prestige glitch but would have to level up without the SND CT glitch.

the only way to do prest glitch is by getting 50 tdm in ct
that takes ages

but at least prest glitch still works

There is a way to play search in CT on 1.03 with the 1.05 tmp.
