I notice I do better when using the AK-47U but that's a scrub move.. And I can rock it with my C**k out in Barebones but outside of that is a roll of the dice..

So any tips?? or should I just sell this POS and get a better game??

It could be the game since BlackOps is "Cod lag Ops"
-For me I have 60 mb/s comcast and I know I would not even lagg with that connection but I know its BlackOps that is lagging me.

Try the MP5k with extended mags, once you get used to the recoil you can get some really good scores.

It could be lag, could be your perks as well....Either way you can't call a game a POS because you're having a tough time

It's not lag I have a pretty good connection.. and I've tried most of the perks.. I guess I just need to play more.. I'm not calling it a pos because of playing poorly, I'm calling it that because thats what it is with the constant frame rate issues and everything else.

Alot of stuff can determine whether you're playing well or not. Sometimes you can play badly for an hour or two just because it's your first session of the day, and sometimes it's the run of lobbies you get.

However, the 74u will always be a "easy-to-use gun", and often, using guns that are considerd "noobish" can make me play badly, and it's been that way since CoD5. Just rock the assault riffles and see what happens. I find AR's the easiest guns to get higher KD's then SMG's especially when the map is medium or large size. Just rock on the famas or 47 for a few hours gametime and see what happens.

you are free to choose any weapon you like and you refuse to choose a nice weapon because of what people think of it? come on...

i have very basic tips that can help an average player out:
1. I'd recommend the button layout to tactical. You will have to get used to this but once you do, dropshotting becomes extremely easier but you can't panic knife.
2. Turn up the volume. Don't play with almost no sound, you may miss the sound of an enemy walking near you. Don't turn it up so loud that you can't hear yourself think but yeah.
3. Try to keep cool. If you play competitively with people(HQ, party of 6, etc...), you tend to start getting angry. Try not to. Find a different route if you need to. The more you get angry, you get more chance of you messing up on stuff.
