Yes I hate the AK-74u. The AK-74u is the BO version of the UMP45 or MP40. It's overpowered, it's a killing machine. But why not use other guns. There is a reason their here, like the M60, Uzi or Mac11.
The M60 right now is my favorite gun in the game, the fire rate is slow, but it makes up in damage. The Uzi, fast fire rate, medium damage. The BIG-MAC11, thats what I call it. Other guns like the FN FAL, 2 burst then the dude is dead, just like the M14 same thing. The Kiparis, The worst gun, well it's not the worst, Kiparis is a KILLING MACHINE, GUYS TRY OUT NEW GUN'S, I PROMISE YOU YOU'LL ENJOY THEM, BETTER THAN AK-74u HOPEFULLY. Try out the HK-21 or the RPK, they're both GREAT LMG'S, IMO. Thank you for reading ny thread.

MPL is a 'killing machine'.

The HK-21 isn't really a good gun at all. If you're going to try to entice people to stop killing you so much with the 74u, at least give them good alternative guns.

The G11(assuming you aren't a spray and pray type). Galil, Stoner, MPL, Kirparis, Commando AUG and even AK-47 are good guns.

I do think 74u users are unoriginal and I don't even have a class for it. However part of online is the challenge. I'm sure more people use the 74u than people hating it. So they shouldn't nerf it at all. Let people use the gun they want. Because people have too many excuses as to why they die anyway.

1.) Claymores are gay and for "campers"
2.) Ghost "campers" even though half of every team runs Hardline with Spy Plane as a KS so if you don't want to be on radar all game, Ghost is a must. If people camp or rush with it, it is what it is. It's a necessity. Spy Planes are way too easy to obtain.
3.) Some guy is a "tryhard"...So if a guy kills you, by rushing and not camping then he is a "tryhard"...This is the LAMEST EXCUSE I HAVE EVER SEEN. Instead of crediting someone for not "camping" but rushing you, you'd rather say he's "trying to hard"...Well what the **** are you playing for if you're not trying???

4.) Panic knifed me....Don't you have a knife too? If he's close enough to knife you, you're close enough to knife him.

5.) Campers.....The reason why this is a lame excuse is because people misuse the word. I'll see guys on the enemy team with beast scores, and my teammates complain about "camping"....I'm sorry, but if you are 5-20 at the bottom of the list, the enemy "camping" isn't the problem, it's you sucking. But of course, if you get 40 or more kills you were either camping or you are a tryhard....So you can't win either way.


Online gamers are some of the biggest complainers ever. Like STFU and play. Guns will kill you. I hate the 74u, but what kind of man asks a company to nerf something just so he won't get killed as much? It's not like it's Noobtubing in MW2 or something. Grow a pair.

Amen brother. People complain way too much about this game. Seriously, just sack up and play the game. I mean "panic knifing" is THE worst excuse ever. Like you said, why don't you just knife them if your close enough? If you see someone up your butthole, your first instinct is to knife them. How is that being a noob? (and btw, noob is the most overused word when it comes to video games.)
And about other guns to use, I prefer Galil, AK47, and Commando. I also recommend the MPL. I rarely ever see anyone using it, and it is hands down the best gun for nuketown, I usually flat out rape with it.
