Post: Is zombies Getting Too Ridiculous?

Remember back in the day, on WaW Nach Der Untoten? If you go in with a party of four decent people you can be confident that you will get to at least round 20. And that was without perks or anything to help you. Now on the new maps, If you have a good team at zombies, you'd be lucky to get past 15 in Kino and level 10 on Five.

I don't know if Treyarch thinks that continually making zombies harder and harder is making it fun, but it really isn't. I hate working my ass off in the beginning to get a lot of points, guns, perks, upgrades etc. just to get ****ed over at level 12 and have to restart all over again.

My Idea of a Perfect Zombies Game:

Zombies should be fun. Personally to me, All of the zombies should be weak the whole game, there should just be a lot more of them that come at you. Endless waves of zombies and nothing else. It would be fun to just blow their ****ing brains out, not constantly worrying about shooting at the head on round 10 just to save ammo. It should take like three shots to the chest to kill them so you could just mow down a shit ton of zombies. That would be fun. And everything would be half the price it is now, Prices in zombies are way too expensive. Lastly, going down shouldn't make you lose perks either.

Dogs

Dogs are ****ing stupid. They shouldn't come every 5 levels, and they shouldn't be mixed in with zombies. Hell, they shouldn't even be in zombies. It's called zombies for a reason. Dogs are just a pain in the ass, the only good thing that comes out of it is the max ammo, and half the time the one dickhead that isn't in your party grabs it before you and your friends can reload.

Treyarch employees must've been tripping on acid when they thought these things up. I don't know about you, but I ****ing hate these things. I wouldn't mind if maybe there were only 2 or 3 of them per level, but no there's like ****ing 30 of these bastards per level. They get in your way when you try to run from the normal zombies, and if you shoot them there's an annoying ass toxic cloud that ****s up your shit for like 10 seconds.

Mad Scientist.

I think we all know how retarded this idea is. Personally for me, this is the deterrent that keeps me from playing Five.

And apparently in the next map pack, there's flying space monkeys that take your perks.

This is just getting out of hand.

What is your opinion on this? Do you like a challenge when you play? What do you think about all of this stuff they've added and what would you like to see in zombies?

Yes it is harder, i played Zombied on WaW a few years back once at my cousin.

It is good Zombies are hard whats the fun if they are always weak?

You can get up to level 100+ easy, just keep running the rotation on Kino and keep buying Mp40.

I've never seen a Zombie movie where the undead died from anything other than headshots. Only exception would be "28 Days Later". Those, however, were not zombies, they were humans infected with a Rage Virus.

Point being...after Nacht Der Untoten and Verruckt, the Zombie Maps have survival loops. Your ability to survive is now based upon teamwork, manuevering and tactical use of traps, ammo conservation and good picks from the box.

I can't speak for FIVE...I don't play it.

Making zombies easier and simpler will definitely NOT make it more fun, that's for sure. Just like someone else stated, there are games out there for that.

Without all the shenanigans (such as gas crawlers, scientist, teleporters, defcons, dogs), I feel like this game mode would be too 1 dimensional.

For instance on Five, it's a challenge to try and communicate and kill the scientist without him stealing anyone's weapon in order to have him drop the bonfire sale. Then each player in the party gets to PaP a weapon for 1K.

I say they add more challenge, and more rewards.

I've always enjoyed zombies, i still enjoy the black ops zombies too, but i do seem to find the WaW zombies generally better, and it is possible to get past 15 on kino, very easily using the right strategy.

I liked RDR zombies because it was an open world zombie game, but I want something geared more towards survival.

Well, I agree with bits and pieces of this so I wont thank or groan. But, the crawler zombies are retarded. Keep the dogs and 5 rounds is perfect for them and THEY DO MIX at a certain round. Also they shouldnt make it easier that would ruin the game but I do agree that Kino and five (mainly Five) are harder then HECK! They were overthinking that BUT, thats what makes me want to come back and try again to beat it! The Mad Scientist i dont really care about about him mainly neutral with him.

Ive really enjoyed playing zombies on WaW and BO, but i prefer WaW maps but I probably wont enjoy Nazi Zombies anymore if there getting too fantasy . I recommend Treyarch to keep it the way it was but a lot bigger new maps maybe with objectives and more strategies.
