Post: Is zombies Getting Too Ridiculous?

Remember back in the day, on WaW Nach Der Untoten? If you go in with a party of four decent people you can be confident that you will get to at least round 20. And that was without perks or anything to help you. Now on the new maps, If you have a good team at zombies, you'd be lucky to get past 15 in Kino and level 10 on Five.

I don't know if Treyarch thinks that continually making zombies harder and harder is making it fun, but it really isn't. I hate working my ass off in the beginning to get a lot of points, guns, perks, upgrades etc. just to get ****ed over at level 12 and have to restart all over again.

My Idea of a Perfect Zombies Game:

Zombies should be fun. Personally to me, All of the zombies should be weak the whole game, there should just be a lot more of them that come at you. Endless waves of zombies and nothing else. It would be fun to just blow their ****ing brains out, not constantly worrying about shooting at the head on round 10 just to save ammo. It should take like three shots to the chest to kill them so you could just mow down a shit ton of zombies. That would be fun. And everything would be half the price it is now, Prices in zombies are way too expensive. Lastly, going down shouldn't make you lose perks either.

Dogs

Dogs are ****ing stupid. They shouldn't come every 5 levels, and they shouldn't be mixed in with zombies. Hell, they shouldn't even be in zombies. It's called zombies for a reason. Dogs are just a pain in the ass, the only good thing that comes out of it is the max ammo, and half the time the one dickhead that isn't in your party grabs it before you and your friends can reload.

Treyarch employees must've been tripping on acid when they thought these things up. I don't know about you, but I ****ing hate these things. I wouldn't mind if maybe there were only 2 or 3 of them per level, but no there's like ****ing 30 of these bastards per level. They get in your way when you try to run from the normal zombies, and if you shoot them there's an annoying ass toxic cloud that ****s up your shit for like 10 seconds.

Mad Scientist.

I think we all know how retarded this idea is. Personally for me, this is the deterrent that keeps me from playing Five.

And apparently in the next map pack, there's flying space monkeys that take your perks.

This is just getting out of hand.

What is your opinion on this? Do you like a challenge when you play? What do you think about all of this stuff they've added and what would you like to see in zombies?

Ok let me summarize how stupid you are in 1 short paragraph.

Lets start with what you said about getting to level 12 on KDT and level 10 on FIVE. The reason most people don't get to high levels is because they camp. Treyarch wanted to get rid of camping at best as possible on BOZombies. Look at the evidence. In W@W, every map had a "camp spot" in NDT it was the room above where you start. In Verruckt it was by the single window on the balcony(correct me if I am wrong, but from what I know this is where people would camp, I don't really know cause I have only played it a couple times). In SNN it was in the room where the box spawned in front of if you didn't open the stairs and finally in Der Riese it was the dreaded, boring catwalk. I can say with a lot of confidence that they don't want you to camp anymore. In KDT there is no place to camp. Same with FIVE. If you do camp, you'll most likely die at round 15. They want you to THINK and be smart. In KDT every aread of the map is large enough for you to kite all of the zombies. On five, you could either kite around the war room, or try your luck at camping in the PaP room and dying at around round 20. Now for the dogs and scientist. Scientist is insanely easy if you have a skilled and smart team. If you run around the top floor of the war room, the thief takes ages to catch you while all of your other teammates unload relentlessly on the thief. For me, the scientist and dogs are a free max ammo. When dogs come, if 1 teammate has the ultimate and the other teammates have decent accuracy, hop to a corner and just spray for the max ammo. It isn't difficult. However I do agree with the perk stealing space monkeys. The perk stealing idea makes sense however making the monster a space monkey? No. If it were me, I would have made Samantha come after you as a "boss round" and take perks. Yes, it is creepy but the game is rated M for a reason. Finallyy, the crawler zombies. I thought this was a good idea. The only way you could ever die by these things is if you get tunnel vision in the middle of the game. Seriously, they are weaker than regular zombies. I'm almost 100% sure that they do half the damage or a third of the damage. Zombies down you in 2 hits(W/O Jugg) and these crawler things down you in 3/4. Thats preeettty much all I had to say lol.

It's honestly not that hard. Got to round 42 playing with people with mics. Dogs are easy if you have the quick reload. AND if you're playing with decent people, they should cover for you while you're reloading.

And who doesn't like challenges? That's like bragging to someone about beating a game on easy: as you said in your post, ANYONE can do fairly well in W@W. BlackOps seperates the men from the pussies.

I agree with this thread 100%.

I think they should keep the dogs, but everything they brought into zombies after the map Der Reise they should just get rid of, cant stand them crawlers they're stupid, the game was fine the way it was.. i barely play zombies anymore. The main thing I'd like in zombies Is If they had the same amount of life the whole time, just more zombies.. also 2 guns? You run out of ammo way too fast, even with an upgraded RPK and HK21, give us bigger clips with more ammo!

why does people hate the damn scientist so much... its not even that hard dude... seriously just get a good strategy and play the dang game...

plus if the zombies have the same life point every round then u can just kill them 2 shot.. or 1 head shot and they're down... what is the point of that? too ez...

HappyTreyarch is thinking about zombies to much.They make it harder each time the make a new map.Look at the one before der riese.It's in a swamp.They redemed themselves with der riese.They got to stop thinking of new weirder stuff.Just keep it simple.Happy
