Would they just put it in that folder then...bam i think its .BIK files there were 4 in mine for all 4 maps.....what do you think

For this to work you would have to know how to change permissions.
Im not 100% sure but I used to do stuff like that on my iPod.
I would have to change permissions of the folders/files so that my iPod would run them.

This was all done through FTP also, so this could possibly be two alike ways of doing things.

You Will need to Activate The Package from PlayStation Store Once you've installed it. It will install the .pkg but the maps won't work. You Will have to go into someones account who has it and activate it.
