I heard you could use Net Tools 5 to try and force host, but I wanted to get a second opinion first. Eek

Thanks a lot

There are programs such as net tools that will make it so your connection won't connect to other people, however as of right now, I'm pretty sure there is no certain way to get host in Black Ops.
