UPDATE: AFTER THE GAME EVERY GAME I JOINED I COULD HEAR THE OTHER TEAM THIS IS NO COINCIDENCE THIS IS A HACK/INFECTION

also afterward just to make sure i played 3 other games and it happend so i turned off my ps3 and joind another game to make sure it was not a server problem and after that i could not hear them so im saying hack

If you can hear someone in the other team, It usually has something to do with connection. Probably, Your connection or His. There fore I say it's a Glitch.
