No, Like you said they have to be signed by PSN. Just wait a couple months for Treyarch to release them. They wouldn't go through all that not to release them.

yes there is another way to get the maps i just got them yesterday and i didn't buy the prestige or hardened addition. all you need are the files on your computer and a usb flash drive with 1 gb of memory. it took me about two hours to get them just because it took a while to download some of the files. here is the video i used...
