1.On filezilla or any FTP program navigate to your black ops folder. It should be BLUSxxxxx it is on your game disc on the edge.
2. Copy the EBOOT.BIN file in the USERDIR folder
3. Copy the common_zombie_mp.ff or whatever its called into USERDIR then english
4. Enjoy

You forgot to add that you need to copy the t5_ps3f file over also and the common_zombie_mp.ff don't go into the usdir it goes into the english/french folder
