(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Alright so recently I've been seeing how there are many signing tools to put things on the ps3 and trick your ps3 into thinking that it was signed by sony.

I was just wondering if there is any possibility to take the maps off the hard drive and somehow put them into a .pkg file that's signed and then install them to the hdd via usb or FTP?
I mean I don't know a whole lot about the signing tools out there, but I'm just throwing out my ideas here and seeing what people have to say about this and whether or not it would be at all remotely possible.

The maps need to be activated through the PS store... Good idea tho.

The way I see it, you are all going about this the wrong way.
There is no way to get it working without it being activated through the PS store. BUT! If we could somehow get the files into a backed up US version of Black Ops, it might could work. The game runs most of it's files from the disc, but it gets the others from off of the playstation, so those of you who use backed-up games can edit it freely. I think it would make a lot of sense if you could get it working by tricking the PS3 into thinking it was in the game backup.

How about you don't be immature? I'm not going to sit here and argue with you, because that's all illiterate children like you do. I answered and gave more input, therefore making my answer different, also adding a possibility for something else. So if anyone should get out, it is the mindless idiot, yourself.

Thanks Smile
