1) Invite friend to player match.
2) Have Host 1 switch lobby to Private Match and then Combat Training and then have Host 1 back out.
3) Host 2 should be in a player match with your CT rank being shown instead of your actual online rank. Invite Host 1 back.
4) Have Host 2 quickly swap lobby from Wager Match to Player Match. Then have Host 2 back out, leaving Host 1 alone in a searching lobby by his/her self.
5) Host 2 goes to Private Match and changes map to Nuketown, SnD (or whatever map and gametype you want) and edit the settings to your liking (Or just go to my file share and load up the SnD preset gametype in slot 1; my GT: ILuVAmaNDa K). NOTE: Not all settings will stick (time, score limit, and lives always do though). e.i. miniscule health doesn't always stick. It depends on the gametype.
6) Once settings are as wanted, go to Edit Game Settings, and then to the Game Options tab (Whatever tab has lives and health options). Go to Lives and Health Options and click it, keep the screen that pops up open.
7) Have Host 1 invite Host 2 back (remember, leave the lives and health options open). Have Host 2 accept it.
8 ) Once Host 2 rejoins, have Host 1 back out and then have Host 2 invite Host 1 back.
9) Once Host 1 rejoins, make sure Host 2 is fine with the lives and health options you have set and then press B, to exit the "Lives and Health" pop up.
