3arc can only ban acounts
and only sony can be in charge of your PS3

they can contact sony though if you read the jd2020 rules

As they said before, Treyarch has no control over your Playstation 3, it only has access to your "IP" when you play Black Ops, so they could decide to block you off from the server & not let you play.

Sony is the only company that can ban you're PS3 and/or account.
