Ideas on how to get unbanned. Thing's I've tried:
-Delete profile, log on (with same PSN) on a new one
-Re-install the patch
-Use an un-cracked EBOOT
-Use old PS3
-Iprelease
-Screaming profane obscurities aimed at Treyarch
-Use non-prestige edition black ops
None of these things worked. I need new ideas.

when you re install pacth it replace "EBOOT" and neither of them have work for me

the "ban" is from the servers, not from the EBOOT!

It should tell you after they ban you, if you Try going online after being banned, it will tell you that you got reset and how long you have before you can play online again.

No one is currently banned! All accounts are just on hold and are being put into investigation. If you were permanently banned or even temporarily banned you would get a message on PSN and and email saying why you were banned and for how long.
