Staff and Hackers alike, maybe we are looking at this the wrong way.
maybe it is not an ip ban, but a value in the patch that has been changed for us hackers so we can not play.

If so deleting and re-downloading the patch would be all you would need to do in order to get back on.

then maybe not a value, but like a marker that detects us different from others because not only that, their is a split second where u get to seee online and it says 0 people are playing.
maybe virtually were not even connected with black ops servers.

I'm not quite sure about how all this stuff works, but I would assume you're not connected, since they say you are banned from the Black Ops servers, but I don't know how any of this stuff helps because I have no knowledge of coding or anything lol.
