Haxor!
Well basically when you get a message saying "Servers are down" and your friends are playing then your banned.
But, there is only one way to find out.
From Main Menu> Multiplayer>Options>Hit select on controller.
If its A.B.C.D.E.F.G.H.I.J then your not banned.
If its A---D----G---J (or anything without all the letters and dashes then you are BANNED!)

P.S. If you hack to 15th most likely your going to get banned by Treyarch without a doubt. Sorryv:wtf:
