my guess is that one of the perks the flopper acts like stopping power
and the stamina is unlimited run ? *marathon?*

My speculation:

Stamina Up- increased or unlimited sprint time
PhD Flopper- Maybe something like tactical mask that defends from the space monkey?

I really hope that stamina up is unlimited and faster sprint. Want this so bad
