Post: Are Combat Training Accounts Safe?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi NGU!

I was wondering if, after the recent string of bans on BO, would it be safe to go on an account that was prestiged using the combat training method? The method was the one that was able to be done around the 14th or 15th of January. If I'm going to be using this account will it be safe? I would most likely be using it in private matches only outside of getting pro perks.

I realize that getting banned for this stuff is a very possible consequence, but I don't want my younger brother to get banned as a consequence for my actions, since we use the same PS3. If anyone can tell me whether or not I'm likely to get banned for this I would greatly appreciate it. It's a lower prestige account, below 14th, so maybe bans are less likely for it? Thanks for your time!

EDIT: Would like to clarify that this is an online account that was ranked up using the combat training glitch method. I want to know if it's safe for online use outside of combat training.

At least I can fight
I think it would be safe as of your not playing with real players so they can't report you but by you killing the bots each round it tends to get boring and eventually u will want to go online.

That's unreal, how do you know how many times you've been reported?

And I'm thinking that since it was done via combat training and no files have been modded, the "scan" for hacked files or whatever it is would have no effect on it.

Fair enough, sounds like an appropriate number considering that if one person reports you in a lobby, they always tell other people to as well :/

Thanks for the assistance, I appreciate it. I was very worried about getting console banned, I even deleted the account from my PS3, but I think I'll give it another go now if yours was safe.

Im pretty sure its safe. You mean like back when it was just new and you get to 50 in CT then prestige in MP over and over? idk if you watch youtube vids(assuming) OpTic NadeSHot did the glitch when it was first announced and hes still playing.

Yeah that's the way it was done, using the 1.02 and 1.03 patches or whatever it was. I think it's probably safe, I guess I'll try playing on it again today and see what happens.
