Ill probbly never buy/use this perk. By the time you can actually spare points to buy it, juggernaut and sleight of hand being top priority, it will be too late in level for it to be useful.

your forgettting that ther is no splash damage so ray gun, law, and grenades etc.. cant hurt you so its actually a really good perk....til the god damn monkeys steal it!
