They unban xbox players because they pay for live subscriptions
Ps3 users dont pay at all so our punishment is worse, I doubt people will get unbanned when the maps come out because then it will make Treyarch look greedy.
And if they were going to unban people when maps are released they would have handed out 1 Month temp bans
