Well the only reason they'd probably ban you is if people report you knowing that you have a modded account.

I recommend you just play normal no hacks or boosting or any of those stuff trust me its not worth it i regret updating to 3.56

if treyarch is serious about banning, which they are, they will ban you even if its a new Ps3. if its the eboot 15th hack, just dont do it. you will be perma banned if reported and it would of been a waste of a Ps3. only reason why i havnt been perma banned for 15th is because i havnt played online with it.
