They ain't unbanning nobody. THE BEST SHOT you got at getting unbanned from B.O. is sending them an e-mail with VIDEO or PICTURE proof if you being innocent. Even then, they probably won't give a F.

This isn't illegal,stop trying to get unbanned.They won't unban you.Like Microsoft bans consoles 3arch bans too.You can play the game in single player but not multiplayer.They didn't do anything to you're console.You can play any games on it but not Black Ops online.YOU CAN PLAY IT ! so what's illegal?

Second, Its not against the law to console ban and you don't have any proof, infact you even said that your friend hacked an account for you and you played on it with your console which proves you are in breach of their terms and services.
