Yes, I still think you would get banned, and you would have to do it on a new account, and if its brand new they look at it right away, I just asked my friend and he said theres a very good chance of getting banned. And it would be a console ban, then you would have to get a new console. And, no you cannot downgrade, and probably never will be able to. Hope that helps.
